- Vice President at AIT/Nova-Tech Engineering
- Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at PaR Systems
- Director of Research and Development/Director of Advanced Sales
He also spent over 24 years at MTS Systems Corp., where he played a critical role in establishing the company as a global leader in physical and virtual simulation technologies for the aerospace and automotive industries. During this time, Bill was instrumental in the creation of the SmartSim Community, an early leader in digital twinning and simulation integration—a concept that has since become foundational in modern manufacturing and R&D.
His career spans a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defense, automotive, nuclear, medical, and geo-civil engineering, with deep expertise in aligning engineering innovation with business strategy.
